Starting in October, we will be continuing Move as One with a 4-week Move as One Devotional Yoga on Mondays at 6:30pm. This will be held in the Fellowship Hall and will be a time of exercise, mindfulness, prayer and connection with our creator, led by Kendell Austin. No experience needed and we have yoga mats for anyone who needs one. Attendance is FREE. Come and give yoga a try!
