Move As One—a movement of bodies, hearts, and spirits, rooted in unity. Unity in Christ, unity in movement, and unity in prayer. We gather not just for fitness, but as a rhythm of worship—honoring our bodies as temples of the Holy Spirit. Every stride we take is more than just movement, it's a declaration that all creation belongs to the Lord. We move as one body, one people, united in His Kingdom. One creation, moving for One King. We’ll meet on the second and fourth Wednesdays, starting May 14th–to move together. All ages and all paces are welcome.
